DESCRIPTION:2nd Annual 5K Results!\nEvent Information\nOn Saturday October 26th 2024\, from 8:00am – 11:00pm GWL Skatepark Corp. will host their 2nd Annual “DoItForDale!” 5K Run/Walk which will begin at Thomas P. Morahan Waterfront Park and take a course through the village of Greenwood Lake\, New York. Last year’s event included almost 150 participants so register early. Race Day check-in time: 8:00am\, Race start time: 9:00am. Early-bird registration runs until Friday\, October 11th ($25.00)\, regular pre-registration from Saturday\, October 12th up until race day ($30.00) and race day registration in-person on Saturday\, October 26th ($35.00). Register early to ensure your t-shirt on race-day (guaranteed only for Early Bird registrants). After October 11th and up to race-day on October 26th\, registrants may receive their T-shirt via US mail after the event.  \nWorking in partnership with the Village of Greenwood Lake and Super Race Systems\, a professional race organizer\, the event is open to both professional and fun runners / walkers. All runners will receive a commemorative T-Shirt\, race bib and timing device with their registration. \nAll profits from the race will be donated to the GWL Skatepark Corporation a registered 501c3 charity in their continued efforts to raise the necessary funds to construct a professional concrete skatepark in the town of Greenwood Lake which will benefit the local and surrounding communities.
